I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical and mental well-being. I also agree that should I require medical advice I will obtain such advice at my own expense. I agree to participate only within my range of comfort (including breathing exercises) and release Go Meditate and all its instructors or practitioners from any liability of injuries occurring now or in the future during my participation.

12. Refund Policy for The Mindful Path to Freedom course only: Go Meditate is committed to providing high-quality meditation programs and resources. We believe in the value of our offerings and the impact they can have on your wellbeing. However, we also recognize the importance of transparency regarding refunds.

Refunds are offered only for The Mindful Path to Freedom program and are not applicable to any other programs, courses, or services offered by Go Meditate at this time.

Refunds for The Mindful Path to Freedom are subject to the following terms:

Go Meditate offers a 90-day conditional guarantee. Participants who have completed the program in its entirety—including all lessons, workbooks, action steps, and scheduled coaching calls, may request a refund if they believe the program has not provided a meaningful shift in their wellbeing.

Requests for refunds must include documentation or evidence of full participation and completion of the program requirements.

Go Meditate retains sole and subjective discretion in determining eligibility for any refund request, including whether program requirements were sufficiently completed and whether a refund is warranted.

Refunds will not be granted for partial participation, incomplete coursework, or lack of engagement with the program.

All refund decisions made by Go Meditate are final.

By enrolling in The Mindful Path to Freedom, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and accept that the determination of refunds rests entirely with Go Meditate.
